1. Agreement to terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Monetrail application and related services ("Service") operated by Webtron Future Solutions S.R.L. ("Company", "we", "us"), with registered office in Popesti-Leordeni, Ilfov, Romania, CUI 41958940. By accessing or using Monetrail, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the service
Monetrail is a web application that helps you track recurring expenses, subscriptions, and bills. It may include features such as calendar views, reminders, integrations, API access, and optional paid plans. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.
3. Account and registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly at office@monetrail.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Some parts of the Service may be subject to fees. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase. Fees are generally charged in advance (e.g. monthly or annually). Refunds are handled according to our refund policy and applicable law. You may cancel a subscription through the in-app billing settings or by contacting us.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Use of the Service for any illegal activity is strictly prohibited. If we become aware that you are using the Service for illegal purposes or in connection with illegal activities, we will terminate your account immediately, without prior notice.
You must not:
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, or for any illegal activity;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other accounts, or third-party services;
- Transmit malware, spam, or any harmful or illegal content;
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service except as permitted by us;
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code of the Service except as allowed by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms. If you pay for the Service using stolen, fraudulent, or otherwise illegal payment methods (including illegal cards), or if you do not comply with these Terms or our rules, we will terminate your account immediately, without prior notice.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Webtron Future Solutions S.R.L. and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business use in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service.
7. Disclaimers and user responsibility
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on data or insights provided by the Service.
We are not responsible for the expenses, subscriptions, or any other data you add to the Service; for any logos, images, or other content you upload or use within the platform; or for how you use the platform. You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and for all content and data you submit. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of user-added content.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Webtron Future Solutions S.R.L. and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We have no liability or fault of any kind in the event that you use the Service for illegal activities. Any such use is solely your responsibility, and any liability, fault, or consequences arising from your illegal use rest entirely with you. We are not liable to you or to any third party for claims, damages, or losses resulting from your illegal or unauthorized use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive termination.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
11. Changes to the terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and indicate the date of the last update. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
